Privacy Policy

E-ink Tools is built so that we don't need your data.

Your images

Images you open in our tools are processed entirely in your browser. They are never uploaded to our servers or anyone else's.

Usage counts

We count anonymous events (a file was uploaded, downloaded, or a paid download button was clicked) together with the device model chosen. We store no IP addresses, cookies or identifiers with these counts. Our host, Cloudflare, may process standard request logs to operate and secure the site.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see page views and which sites send visitors. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites or build a profile of you.

Payments

When paid downloads are available, payment is handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. We receive your email address and order details to deliver your purchase and handle support, and never see your card details.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you (normally nothing) and to delete it by emailing us.
